Kursus LLC presents the project of a 1-block, 9-story, 28-apartment boutique residential building located at the intersection of Mirali Gashgai-Gulu Guliyev streets, an ecologically clean district near Baku city, Nasimi market and Koroglu park.
This building was designed in the style of classical architecture of Azerbaijan. The facade of the building will be covered with excellent types of aglay stones with classical ornaments, which will give special beauty to the exterior of the building. In the building, the elevator will be made by the Japanese company "Toshiba", and the windows will be made of Turkish materials.
All communication lines of the building, including electricity, gas and water-sewerage system, have been laid.
