In the multi-storey residential building constructed by Kursus LLC at 22 K. Safaraliyeva Street, Baku, the first part of the market has been covered with a concrete layer. Reinforcement works and, in parallel, formwork works in the second part of the market have been completed.
Foundation works for the office and residential building were carried out with high quality and successfully completed within the scheduled timeframe.
At the next stage, the foundation of the building was laid with high-quality reinforcement and concreted. The 1st floor of the parking section in the building was reinforced and concreted.
Currently, reinforcement and concreting works on the 2nd floor of the parking section are nearing completion. Preparatory works for the construction of the 1st floor of the market section of the building are also in progress.

The office and residential building includes non-residential areas on the 1st and 2nd floors, an open terrace on part of the 7th floor, a two-level basement and underground parking.
The following works have currently been completed in the building:
Reinforced concrete piles with depths of 16 and 20 m were installed around the perimeter of the building. The foundation pit was excavated and a drainage system was built along its perimeter to remove groundwater. The foundation pit was filled with a 30 cm thick layer of washed crushed stone and compacted; a 10 cm thick concrete layer, two waterproofing layers and a protective concrete layer were applied on top.
Foundation works have started.
All construction works are handed over in accordance with the pre-approved work plan.
