Kursus LLC presents a boutique residential building project located in Baku, near Nasimi Market and Koroglu Park, in an environmentally friendly area at the intersection of Mirali Gashgay and Gulu Guliyev Streets. The project consists of a single-block, 9-storey residential building with 28 apartments.
The building has been designed in the style of classical Azerbaijani architecture. Its façade will be clad with premium-quality Aglay stone featuring classical ornaments, giving the building’s exterior a distinctive and elegant appearance. The building will be equipped with elevators manufactured by the Japanese company Toshiba, while the windows will be made using Turkish-manufactured materials.
All utility and communication lines have been installed in the building, including electricity, gas, water supply, and sewerage systems.
